SHIPPING

ORDER PROCESSING

Our business hours are Monday to Friday, 8-4pm, and all orders will be processed within 24 hours.

Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order has been dispatched. 

DELIVERY TIMES

Standard within Australia
For Metro delivery, please allow 3-5 working days & for Rural delivery, please allow 4-7 working days.

Express within Australia
For Metro delivery, please allow 2-3 working days & for Rural delivery, please allow 3-5 working days.

International
Deliveries are sent during normal business hours between Monday and Friday, 8-4pm. 

Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following business day. 

Please allow 7-21 days to receive your parcel for standard & 3-7 days for Express.

A tracking number will be sent to you upon payment so that you can track the delivery of your goods. 

Please note: When orders shipped internationally reach your destination country, they may be subject to customs charges and clearance procedures that can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

Unfortunately, Bambii cannot be held responsible for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be enforced. These will remain the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

 

RETURNS

Due to the nature of underwear and maintaining sanitisation we only accept returns for an exchange or credits within 48hours of delivery of your order. Bambii do not offer refunds for change of mind. 

Garments must be in original condition, must be unworn, unwashed and with all tags remaining. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the merchandise does not reach our standards.  We strongly recommend trying items over underwear until you have decided to keep your order.

Item(s) are sent back to Bambii at the customers cost using a traceable shipping method. 

If the product is faulty and requires an exchange, the second shipment cost is complimentary. 

Please note, we do not accept, exchange or refund items for general wear and tear or misuse, our team will assess each return individually.
We strongly urge you to follow carefully all washing and care instructions.

Your return will be processed within 3 business days of being received.

All Sale items are final and will not be excepted for return, exchange or credit.
